Position Overview

As Right Angle’s Head of Operations, you will be removing barriers, providing a platform for growth and ensuring the company hits its operational targets including Vision, Purpose and Budget.

You'll work with department leads and managers to ensure consistent improvement of our business operating systems, lead resourcing and culture management, manage nominated budgets and provide clear reporting and insights into relevant metrics, and ensure Right Angle is meeting company goals and projections.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years agency or studio experience in a similar role

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident in driving improvement through data, systems, and collaboration

• Communicate with clarity and build strong relationships with internal and external teams
