Position Overview

As Place Strategist, your role will be about working out how a place shows up in the world; who it’s for, how it’s experienced, and why it matters.

You’ll set the tone on projects by leading early thinking, guiding both team and client towards placemaking strategies that feel clever, meaningful and tailored.

You will be a steady point of contact for clients, managing expectations while liaising with Project and Account Managers, and the wider project team. And you will work with the CEO to scope and shape new opportunities that are both ambitious and commercially sound.

Requirements

• Informed and passionate about cities, culture and people

• Capable of blending logic and creativity

• At least 3 years experience in property and/or design

• Architectural qualifications a nice-to-have
