It’s always a joy to discover beautiful, unused spaces like those we found while on a site visit to Precinct 75 with our client, Coronation. Feeling the crackle of possibility in the air, we said: Hey, why don’t we see if we can make some interesting things happen here until you need them? They said: Okay. So here we are. 

The four stylish spaces range from 140m2 to 334m2 and suit a variety of uses including private events, film and photoshoots, exhibitions, temporary retail activation and artist studios. While warm and industrial don’t typically go together, they work perfectly together here as Nic Gossage’s wonderful photos attest.   

Located in St Peters, Precinct 75 is easily accessible by car with ample free on-street parking. Sydenham and St Peters train stations are a short walk away.
