The basis for Right Angle’s place brand and commercial leasing campaign was the knowledge that the best companies are all competing for talent and that these employees place great importance on design and lifestyle experiences. Clearly outlining the attributes of the building and the culture of the Chippendale neighbourhood created a compelling narrative, while renders from MR.P Studios and photography from Saskia Wilson created a striking first impression. 

Armed with an early engagement website and a prospectus establishing The Brewery as a key factor in staff recruitment and retention, IP Generation have now gone to market and secured a world leading FinTech company as their anchor tenant.
