The Royal Far West is a charity providing health, education and disability services for children and families living in rural and remote areas across Australia. For almost 100 years it has hosted and treated rural children and their families at their headquarters on the beachfront in Manly where the natural qualities of light, sun, sand and fresh air create a perfect backdrop for providing care.

To ensure the next 100 years of the organisation and enable an expansion of its services, the Royal Far West headquarters will be transformed into a mixed-use precinct that will include apartments, retail, public realm and commercial space alongside improved facilities. It’s a bold move by an equally bold organisation. We have helped clarify a vision and define the public and retail offers that will make this new place a more important part of the Manly experience.
