Lendlease engaged us to deliver the retail vision and strategy for Barangaroo South. Our future customer psychographic profiling identified the importance of creating human-scale experiences beneath the monumental towers. Based on the strong conviction that Barangaroo is ultimately a habitat for humans, we guided a retail solution that has been an exceptional commercial performer and grounding factor in what might otherwise have felt like a vertical business park.
